Information about services, projects and case studies on the Site is for informational purposes only. The actual provision of web design and development services shall be subject to an agreement or contract between Owlcy and the client, setting out scope, timelines, pricing and specific conditions. Inquiries sent through the contact form or by email do not in themselves constitute a contract; Owlcy reserves the right to accept or decline each service request.

Owlcy strives to keep the Site up to date and operational but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or that content is free of defects.
